01 The Initial Meeting
We start by sitting down to hear your ideas and understand the scope of your project. This collaborative session allows us to review our portfolio together, answer your questions, and ensure we are the right fit. The goal is to gather the necessary information to build a clear and accurate proposal for your home.
02 Project Kickoff
Once the proposal is accepted, we move into the details with a comprehensive 1–2 hour strategy session. We review your full inspiration and analyze the building site to finalize the creative vision. By learning how your family functions daily—and clearly defining your "must-haves" versus "nice-to-haves"—we ensure the design direction is grounded in the reality of your lifestyle.
03 Design Development
In this stage, we will show you the initial concept of your floor plans and 3D model. We use your feedback to refine the elevations and layout, making the necessary revisions to finalize the home's features. It is a collaborative effort to ensure the architectural details and flow are exactly right before we finalize the construction-ready plans.
04 Final Plan Delivery
In this final stage, we deliver your completed, construction-ready plans. These detailed blueprints and technical drawings provide your builder with everything they need to secure permits and begin construction. With the design finalized, you are ready to hand the plans to your contractor and get the build started.
