All floor plans, renderings, drawings, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Heartwood House and are protected under copyright law.

Plans may not be copied, reproduced, shared, resold, distributed, or used for multiple builds without written permission.

The purchaser is responsible for verifying all dimensions, specifications, engineering requirements, and local building codes before construction begins. Additional engineering or modifications may be required depending on your location and permitting requirements.

Simply Inspired Co LLC DBA Heartwood House is not responsible for construction errors, contractor performance, site-specific conditions, code compliance, or damages resulting from the use of these plans.
