The Briarwood reimagines the traditional English cottage for modern family life. We combined steep gables and textured stone with a floor plan designed for flexibility. A unique feature is the dual living layout: a cozy den anchors the front of the house, while the vaulted living room in the rear serves as the main gathering hub.

We tailored the interior to the client’s love for quiet relaxation, even carving out a custom reading nook in the hallway. The experience continues outside, where the living spaces open directly onto a screened porch and expansive pool deck. By designing the hardscaping and fire pit area as an extension of the home, we created a private backyard resort that feels established and timeless.
